It all began when a not so small boy from the streets of Brooklyn started to eat lunches in the houses of his neighborhood playmates. The cultural diversity in Brooklyn was such that he was exposed to many different cultures and cooking styles. In honor of some of those experiences, Chef John Ryan presents 3 German favorites in honor of OKTOBERFEST being celebrated this month in Whitefish.
